Newtons's Laws of Motion ...and Life

Just crossed my mind...

According to Newton's first law...
An object at rest will remain at rest unless acted on by an unbalanced force.  An object in motion continues in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.  This law is often called "the law of inertia".

In life-

Most people are afraid of change.  They will keep on doing what they have been doing unless something different, something mind-blowing, or sometimes something life-threatening happens to them.  People will stay in their comfort zones unless pushed by some people or circumstances which if they allow will leave them unhappy, unfulfilled, regretful, and miserable...or so they think because there is within us the fear of the unknown..

According to Newton's second law...
Acceleration is produced when a force acts on a mass.  The greater the mass, the greater the amount of force needed.

Everyone knows that heavier objects need greater force to move.  So our actions in life are dependent on our moving force.  There is always a reason why we do the things we do.  Or why we don't do the things we should be doing.  And what drives us out of our comfort zones is our biggest why - our moving force.  So think of what motivates you to do something out of the ordinary.  Once out of your comfort zone, there's no telling what you can accomplish.  Remember, extraordinary effort brings out extraordinary results!

According to Newton's third law...
For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

It means that when you use force to push an object,  there is an equal force pushing it back.  This does not mean to discourage you to think that whatever you do will be met by resistance.  I would put it to mean that the resistant force is there to balance things out - an equalizer.  The weight of your dreams equals the hard work you need to put in to realize them.  The greater the dream, the harder or smarter you need to work for them to come to fruition.

There are things we have learned in school that got buried deep in the farthest recesses of our brains because we thought we'd never use them anymore as we advance in our lives.  We thought we don't have much need for these school stuff taught in our younger years.  We didn't know there are nuggets of wisdom we can apply to our lives and make us think things over.  If we could only refresh our memories, untangle our brain webs, who knows what life truths we would find in say, algebra?
